Paralegal and Medicaid Specialist

Tami is originally from North Dakota, but relocated to Rhode Island to be closer to her grandchildren, who she will tell you are the light of her life. She is also a live-in caregiver for her elderly parents. In her free time she enjoys sewing or spending time reading at the beach. Prior to working at McCarthy Law, Tami worked as a nurse and as an insurance adjuster managing workplace injury claims. As a result of both her personal and professional experiences, she has an extensive medical knowledgebase, which helps in her work at the firm processing Medicaid applications, and working with long term care planning clients.
