I was the health care agent and POA for a friend with a terminal illness, suddenly faced with a number of particularly thorny and time sensitive crises. Samantha and her firm stepped up to the plate in a remarkably supportive and unprecedented time frame to assist me in completing the legal documents which would assure that my dying friend's final wishes were legally codified before her passing. The firm completed legal documents on 1 day notice to completely overhaul my friends' final wishes which made all the difference.
