Daphne Hamilton (Robson), Esq.
Daphne earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. At the firm, Daphne works with clients on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate Administration, and Real Estate Transaction cases. Her passion for Estate Planning and Elder Law sparked after experiencing a situation many of her clients deal with, a Dementia diagnosis for a Grandparent. After watching her mother care for and petition a Massachusetts Probate Court for a Guardianship over her Grandfather diagnosed with Dementia and Psychosis, she prides herself on being able to be a listening ear for clients and aiding in proactive planning to avoid stressful and heartbreaking results.
When she's not working, she is going on nature walks, taking Pure Barre classes, golfing with her husband, or snuggling her ragdoll cats, Sparrow and Dove. As a Rhode Island native, Daphne appreciates everything our small state has to offer for families and the greater community.
Daphne is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Rhode Island Chapter of NAELA, the Northern Chamber of Rhode Island’s Women’s Business Counsel, the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Committee, the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Ethics and Professionalism Committee, and the Connecticut Bar Association.
