Bridget Holzwarth

Bridget hails from a military family and grew up all over the United States and abroad.  After graduating from college in Upstate, NY she landed in New England and built a 20-year career in financial services in Boston and Rhode Island. 

Her deep affinity for the ocean and outdoors made Rhode Island the perfect place to settle in and develop some roots with her husband and two boys. An avid gardener with a certified monarch waystation, you’ll often find her digging in the dirt, saving native seeds and building pollinator pathways. 

Having a first-hand account of her mother’s journey with Alzheimer’s is what ignited her interest in being a part of a team that helps clients find the best care plan solutions to address their needs.
